"Lovely little hideaway in a great location."

"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"A lovely comfortable stay. Betty is not your average “Shepherds Hut”. It has central heating a great shower and a wood burning stove really heats the place. Great location, just away from a quiet road, so good access.. A short drive or walk down to the village- The Cross pub was amazing. Lovely cycling, walks on your doorstep. Taurus crafts and micro brewery on your doorstep and ideally located for other tourist visits. A peaceful haven. We hope to be back soon."

They were so accommodating, a welcome bottle of procesco waiting for us, chocolates, hot chocolate, tea and coffee as well as having a box of thing in the cabin in case you forgot them, like paracetamol and new toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner which we thought was just a lovely touch!
