"Location convenient. Hotel had basic amenities. No closet, not enough hangers. Overall, an average Hotel but just fine for the 6 days I stayed there."

"The Palace Hotel, although pricey, was worth it for location, breakfast that was included daily and the Patio Garden restaurant was excellent! The ferry doc and ticket booth were right across the street which made it easy to use the ferry to get around the lake. The staff was excellent and helping make dinner reservations, suggest nearby restaurants to try, book our private boat tour, and also booked a private transfer for us back to Milan. We were extremely impressed when a Maserati arrived for a private transfer. The room was awesome even though we did not have a view of the lake, that did not bother us since we were only using it to sleep. They advertise the room as having a double bed, the to our surprise. It was a king-size bed! Would definitely stay here again"

"I'd definitely stay at Joy 124 again! The reception staff spoke English very well and were always happy to help. Service was good in the bar/restaurant, with the kitchen staying open till midnight (really helpful since my flight was delayed and check-in at the hotel was well into the night). Breakfast had a good selection - and enough variety for any gluten-free/coeliac guest to enjoy 😊 If there was anything I could change, it would be to add a rug under the bed - an all-tile floor is not the greatest feeling under your feet first thing in the morning. Grazie mille to everyone working at Joy 124!"

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
