"The house is extremely well equipped and has a lovely garden with views over the fields. The pool and cinema room were a bonus. It’s only a short drive into the centre of Lille and convenient to explore the surrounding area but we really enjoyed the rural location."

"Description was accurate except for the address. Address was the owner's residence not the advertised place. Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. The property description was accurate as well. We would stay again."

"Wonderful family holidays:One family English/one German.Spacious well-kept house and beautiful spacious grounds:Had family tournaments: Basketball, pingpong, pool Billard.Wonderful sun bathing,small tennis court,had to lovely bbqs in the cozy Finnish grill hut.10 minutes by car to beautiful town Saint Omer plus bakery shop/butchers shop/pharmacy at 10 minutes on foot. "The Gite served as a base for our exploration of the Arras region. The village is lovely with a lot of history - please try the fare at the local bakery. The Gite itself is small with 3 bedrooms but with potential to sleep 6. Having this number stay would perhaps be problematic with regard to the sitting room which, although comfortable, is small (but more than adequate for our stay).
