A Boardinghouse suggests a different type of clientele than a guest hotel. Do not recall online listing as Boardinghouse, only Hotel when I booked it. "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags.
