"I stayed here with three friends for a few nights. Our hosts greeted us and were so kind and warm, and had a fire going in the wood stove for our arrival. The rooms are comfortable and private, the hot tub and sauna were easy to use, clean, and just what we needed after travel. The house has so many sweet and creative details, it feels a little magical. Thank you for an amazing vacation!"

"Everything was ok. Top house, great accomodations, everything was perfect"

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooie oude boerderij. Tweede huis ook goed en leuk ingedeeld. Sommige badkamers erg klein maar alles is er. Nicolette reageert erg snel als je een vraag hebt en regelt snel als er iets is. Erg prettig. Qua indeling zou ik het net ff anders doen ook buiten. Maar we hebben genoten met ze allen"

"Ich war mit drei Kindern da …es war wunderschön. Alles was man braucht ist da … fehlt nur ein kleiner Backofen um die Brötchen morgens aufzubacken 😉sonst ruhig und entspannend. In der Nähe gibt's Center Park Het Heijderbos-auch zu empfehlen. "

"heerlijk, ruim en zeker ook héél goed schoongemaakt huis. Zoals beschreven is het gedateerd, maar dat deerde ons totaal niet. fantastische speelgelegenheid zowel binnen als buiten. Heel aardige, flexibele verhuurders. Alleen belvilla was irritant, met elke dag een mail hoe het beviel. Daar wil ik dan toch helemaal niet mee bezig zijn... en maar zeggen dat ze je niet willen storen, doe dat dan ook niet, Belvilla!!"

"Beautiful home and property!! Our group of 6 had a short, but wonderful stay! Jeannette and Floor are wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer, if we are back in the Bunnik/Utrecht area we will definitely stay again!"

"Ooit was dit waarschijnlijk een mooi landhuis op een mooi landschap. Nu is het vergane glorie, en een waar spinnenparadijs. En het is bijzonder dat je het verblijf “bed & koffie” noemt terwijl er geen koffie aanwezig is in de accommodatie. En ook geen toiletpapier trouwens. Dus eerst naar een winkel om koffie en toiletpapier te halen. Voor ons zeker geen tweede keer hier naar toe."

"Wir haben unser jährliches Freundeswochenende in dieser schönen und geräumigen Unterkunft gefeiert. Viel Platz rund um den Teil der Farm, in dem wir wohnten. Saubere Zimmer, komfortabel eingerichtet. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters saßen wir hauptsächlich draußen. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen."

"This is a beautifully restored Dutch Farmhouse where rustic and modern have been perfectly blended. It was so clean and the owners are so welcoming to guests. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of space. We can’t wait to visit again! Het was erg gezellig!"

"Mede dankzij het weer een heerlijk vriendenweekend gehad. Prima bedden, goed geoutilleerde keuken en fijne grote eet- en spelletjestafel. Ook fijn dat je heerlijk in de zon en in de schaduw buiten kunt zitten. Fietsen, wandelen en cultuur onder handbereik, wij komen zeker weer terug!"

"Wir hatten ein schönes und geräumiges Haus. Es war sauber und alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Draußen gab es viel Platz für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es gibt auch tolle Dinge, die man in der Gegend unternehmen kann. Wir kommen wieder!"

"We had an excellent three night stay in dream-house Esveld. We were lucky the sun was out, so we could enjoy the view and feel the warmth of the winter sun. We had two nice walks/hikes nearby. The reception by our host Charlotte was personal and nice. Hopefully we will come back!"

"What a great find. An amazing conversion of an old church which has resulted in a stylish, spacious bar and restaurant area. The room is compact (as advertised) but contained all we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the aircon worked efficiently. The pre booked breakfast was excellent and good value. We walked around the pretty canals and found a lovely vegetarian restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
