"All the staff on site were lovely and helpful. Shuttle was great to/from JFK. Would stay again, but suggest trying elsewhere for dining. The food in the restaurant was distinctly average."

"Place was nice, we had 2 breakfast meals, very good. We had issue with shower, could not get any cold water, so had to be at lowest heat level. The toilet backed up once. The front desk did have an issue with check-in, and not taking our card for the 100$, but later corrected it and gave us a free meal to make up for it. Thanks! There is an Applebees across the street for dining and drinks, so that was cool. Front desk folks were nice."

"The receptionists were all kind and very helpful, while having lots of patience for tourists. They have an in house restaurant, & laundromat right next door. It was about 1.5 hour from the city, but we felt safe from the moment we arrived. If you don’t mind the daily commute to/from the city, I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean, they provided simple necessities, and were available for anything we needed."

"For me, the most important things are a firm and comfortable bed and pillows, soft bedding, and good shower water pressure with hot water coming quickly. if a hotel meets these three needs, I will choose to stay again. breakfast is a nice bonus. I also prefer a room with central air conditioning ."

"Nicee, comfortable hotel close to JFK airport, 3 blocks from the AirTrain at Jamaica Station. Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was just adequate; could have been much better with fresh fruit, more healthy options and yogurt in cups."
