"We rebook here because the beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is good. All usual fair but really good . Breakfast lady is super nice and keeps the food hot and ready . We booked the suite this time and it was nice and lots of room. Very safe area . I would suggest some attention to the pool area. We enjoyed it but it needs attention. Madison itself is amazing!! Lots to do ."

"We got a text from the staff a couple of times during our stay asking how everything was. The continental breakfast was nice. The rooms were decent, and parking was free. They keep fresh cookies on the lobby and coffee all day long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"I wish I could leave a better review, because the staff were very courteous and nice and tried to be helpful. But I would not stay here again. It took me over half an hour to get checked in, they had to come to my room three days in a row to fix my television, the toilet in the bathroom made a very loud noise every five or 10 minutes (and one night all of the water shut off completely around 11), the air conditioner in the room did a semi-decent job cooling down at night but really struggled to...
