We really enjoyed our stay at Carmine's Castle. The house was very clean and had all of the needed amenities. It was in a great location with easy access to everything we love to do in New Hampshire. We really enjoyed the fire pit!

Nice Home, Nice neighborhood!
This home welcomes guest and family very well. Very friendly people around respecting all cultures. Close to everything you need in Bethlehem.
Really enjoyed our stay while hiking in Franconia and White mountain, driving Kancamagus and exploring Bethlehem. Fall foliage was spectacular and this was a good place to stay away from hassle of other areas.
This property is beautiful!
Easy to find, plenty of space inside and out!
Guido and Brian send a welcome text with all the info and codes.
Our group was 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room!
We will definitely stay again!
Very good vibe and homey feelings
We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous house. It was exactly as pictured in the listing and was even nicer and cleaner than I envisioned. Perfect location between Santa’s Village and Franconia Notch, with Littleton only 10 minutes away as well. We loved it and would stay here again!

Fantastic home in the woods! Easy to find, close to several ski resorts and hiking trails and even a great brewery/restaurant in town. We stayed here the weekend of the eclipse, as a resting place before we drove even farther north the day of the eclipse. What a pleasant surprise! Tastefully decorated, super clean, COMFORTABLE furniture—couches AND beds. Even the pillows and linens were nice quality. We rent vacation homes often, and this one was the best. The mattresses felt new and were not cheap. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. Folks, there was name brand, quilted tp! That might sound silly, but so many rentals we stay at use the cheapest materials they can supply! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house, not a rental. The rooms are large, including a bunk room that had 4 twins and a double—perfect for our three teens. Two beautiful queen bedrooms—if you get cold, choose the one at the top of the stairs, it’s the warmest room. Nice dressers (not DIY built), closet space, and two large bathrooms. Lots of cozy extra blankets, plenty of towels, etc. We brought our own coffee and food, but there’s a Shaws grocery not far away and a movie theater. We didn’t see any moose, but there were tracks in the snow in the morning. (Get up at dawn, grab your coffee, turn on the fireplace on the beautiful enclosed porch and watch for wildlife.) I read in the guestbook that there are trails out back. Snowshoes would’ve been fun, so bring them if you’ve got them. Definitely a great place with friendly hosts—highly recommend!Oh, I forgot—the hosts let you park in the garage! There’s one garage, so be sure you arrive before your fellow travelers to get the primo parking! 👍 Plenty of parking for others!
We had a great stay at the property. It was cozy, compact and just enough for 2 families of 4 and grandparents. Location was convenient to visit mt.washington ,franconia state park and cannon mountains . Kitchen was stocked with essentials. All bedrooms had air conditioners and adequate linens. We would have loved to have a portable air conditioner for the tv area and some citronella for bugs. But overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the property to friends and family. The owners/ managers were very prompt to respond and address to any concerns we had.
This property was very cozy with a well equipped kitchen, great fire pit , very clean Easy check In , quiet neighborhood. We had a great weekend . Very close to Polly’s pancake Parlor , great pancakes worth the wait ..
Everything was as promoted, place was spotless great location, lovely space.
The only difficulty was the 2nd floor master bedroom had animal noises behind the wall that kept the couple awake most of Saturday night.
Thought you should know.
Thanks for sharing your home.
Great lodging option for visiting Franconia Notch area
My family and I stayed here from 6/27-6/30. We loved the property and location. Both of my kids could play on the property (13 acres), and we had quick access to Cannon Mountain/Echo Lake, White Mountains, etc. We loved our time in New Hampshire and will definitely return.

Great location for both seclusion and quick access to nearby activities
Stayed here from 6/27-6/30 with three generations of family. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely return. Loved the location and access to a multitude of activities to do with family (biking, swimming at Echo Lake, hiking, fishing, etc). I had the chance to talk to owners of property and they were very nice, accommodating hosts. Highly recommend if visiting the western White Mountains region of New Hampshire.
Beautiful, spacious open interior fully stocked with everything we needed. Best of all was the large private property with an unimpeded view of Mount Lafayette. Great dark skies for folks like us who love astronomy!
Great location - easy access to hiking and Littleton
Great property - central location All refinished inside, nice and clean and excellent communication over a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. Not great looking on the outside, but the inside was great. The view of Mt. Lafayette was beautiful. Lots of amenities and so convenient to hiking in the White Mountains. Love the town of Littleton which was only 15 minutes to the north!
Great layout for a large family or two couples and kids. The house has been recently remodeled and is very clean. The location was perfect for our trips to Cannon and Bretton Woods. The only challenge was a pre-programmed Nest thermostat that drops to 52 degrees at night. Overall this is a GREAT home!
We had such a nice weekend. The house was perfect for two families - each with two younger children. The yard was spacious and led to some easy trails to walk through the woods. A couple of nice restaurants nearby plus easy to get to Santa’s Village. Even with a small water issue, the vacation was great and Brian was in touch and super responsive.
We can’t wait to come back.
Beautiful, clean house with everything you need to feel at home. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions and give recommendations for the area (like Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill). Our family of four came in the summer and used the house as our haven after a day of hiking and sight-seeing in the mountains and national parks. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommended!!
