"Great hotel and neighborhood! Second time I stay. Ample rooms and neat coffee shop. Bar closes early on weekdays but I presume later on weekends? Loved the sparkling water on tap on the floors instead of bottled water. Pick up is iffy simply because it’s sort of on a 3 way street but no biggie. Would stay again a recommend."

"The Generator was a fantastic hotel for our school group! We stayed in the bunk bed rooms and they were perfect for our students. The location was also great and has a very close bus stop that made transportation very easy. The staff was so helpful at the front desk, cafe, and restaurant. I am overall extremely happy with our experience at the Generator and will come back for future school trips!"

"We truly appreciate the front desk for allowing us to store our luggage while we waited for our room. We also loved getting to check in early. The lobby smells so lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were provided with extra towels. The rooftop pool area was very cute. Our only issue was with how cold the water was at the pool. Other than that, very lovely place to hang out. The location is very metro accessible. We were close to Bethesda station. Probably a 10 minute walk. The Ubers to and from the city were not that expensive either. "
