"The mattress was encased in what appreared to be a bed bug mattress cover. The sheets had white "pinhead" things (eggs?) on the sheets. The towels looked like they had stains on them. The neighbors were up making noise until 11:30am and someone was drunk screaming in the hall at 3:am. I left at 3 in the morning and called for a refund."
