"Great location, but not very comfortable. No place to set in the house, no couch or chairs! The refrigerator is a dorm refrigerator way too small for the house. It’s listed as dog friendly but there is no fenced in area, and the traffic on the road travels at very high speeds. A lot of spiders and ants, I realize it’s in the country but investing in an exterminator service would be a good idea. For the price a I feel these items mentioned should be addressed. I feel the place is way over priced!"

"The house is very nice. Having the boat slip for our boat was wonderful. The deck is also very nice. It was lovely sitting out there watching the water and boats go by. Communication was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion would be, the house needs a toaster."

"We loved our stay at this home on Bethel Island. Very comfortable home. Clean, nicely decorated and ample supplies in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We fished from the dock, used the BBQ. Rented a boat one day from Sugar Barge which is three minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. Check in and management were all great."
