"Needs a better maintenance attention, I’m Maintenance Engineer, I noticed a leak in the bathroom ceiling in room 109 where I stayed, on my check out I brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant, he said o yes I heard about it. How come you heard about it and didn’t took action, they have to check the flange and wax ring on the bathroom above 109. Easy to do. That was my main concern. Other than that everything good"
"It was a good stay however Toilet water was black Friday then someone came up and fixed it then on Saturday no hot water at night till Sunday morning. I couldn't take a shower before check out do to the freezing water. "

"This hotel was very conveniently located to the Hartford healthcare Amphitheater 7 minutes down the road on Interstate 95. The room was spacious and included a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge/freezer combo. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, The entire room was very clean. My room faced out into the interstate so there was a lot of outside noise from that to deal with, but with the AC running and the fact I was tired from travel and the concert I attended, it didn’t really...
