The kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. Central air (including the loft) washer/dryer, 3 flat screen tv's, free wifi and cable. Sit on the outdoor couch and enjoy the view of the beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Peaceful, relaxing and gorgeous!

Located across from tennis center and 2 blocks from the Sea Colony Market where you can rent bikes, eat at 3 restaurants, or enjoy an ice cream cone! Take the shuttle to the beach or easily walk.

Sheets and bath towels are included. Please remember to pack your beach towels.

No pets. Sea Colony is very strict on this. Any reports of renters’ pets could result in fines and loss of deposit.
