You get what you pay for

I would say that this place is almost exactly as pictured, and the price was definitely right for what it was. The place was fine for our family of four as we spent very little time there. The fridge kept food cold and the washer/dryer worked great. We didn’t use any or the cooking supplies partly because they were all kind of dusty and generally old. The furniture is also ok the older/well worn side but again, was fine for the minimal amount of time we spent in there. Everyone slept well! This was one of the cheaper places to rent and I can see why but it was good enough for us. Dealing with Vacasa however was another story. They texted upon our arrival to ask about the cleanliness of the place and when I replied with two things that needed to be taken care, they asked if they could come by and take care of it and I said yes (as long as we knew when they would be coming so we could put away our valuables) but they never arrived and never took care of it. The kitchen table wa also missing a chair (despite the listing showing 4 chairs, there were only 3 in the unit)

Great place for the cost, needs some updating

Given the price per night, it's a great place to stay. Door knob on the man door needs to be replaced. Sometimes you can't get in or out because it's stuck (really gotta work at it). Beds were comfy and the living space/patio are great. There is an opening somewhere that needs to be fixed as we had to keep killing flies coming in from somewhere. Outside of that a very pleasant stay.

Great location, but beware of cleaning crew

This Sea Colony condo was a fabulous location. At times a little tiring taking the shuttle across the street to the beach but seemed too loud and crazy at that side. It was perfect for what we needed and quiet when we wanted quiet. Beware of the management cleaners!!!!! Came in and place was hardly cleaned. Food still on the floor under the kitchen table, counters dirty, and just looked like no one did anything. No mop no bucket even provided if you spilled and wanted to clean up, so we purchased one with floor cleaner for the condo. After mopping the floors the water was BLACK. We can tell never been cleaned in some time. When moving the beds to make them it was even more disgusting under those with dead bugs everywhere and just filth. Very disappointing that I had to spend the first few hours at the beach cleaning, but bet the next renters will be thankful for me buying a mop/bucket/floor cleaner for them. Shame on the management company and someone should be loosing their job. Only other issue and noticed someone else mentioned it as well. TOSS out the rug by the couch!!!! You can not vacuum it and can only imagine what is in it. It even look beyond gross and never placed out bare feet on it. Everything worked and suited us. Just don’t expect a fairly updated unit. Working condition, but really outdated. Would stay again if guaranteed it was cleaned properly first!!!!!

Serviceable place, but nothing remarkable

This condo was fine for our family is 5. It was decently clean and had enough space for us without being on top of each other. The amenities of the sea colony resort were a plus, especially as the weather didn't cooperate for the beach. It was nothing particularly special, and certainly careworn. There is a rug in the living room that is a thick shag that can't be cleaned, so it had the sand of a thousand guests stuck in it. The water heater isn't big enough, so we had two hot showers and three cold ones in our party of 5. There was loose grout, so loose floor tiles. It was fine, but nothing remarkable.

NIce comfortable unit

This property had a great location. Easy walk for me to the beach. Unit was a bit dated, and we had a few things that needed to be fixed upon entering. However, they were quickly taken care of...The guest room shower has an antique control -- so I never did get the knack of how to turn it on until the last day when a repair fellow looking at something else showed me! Great water pressure etc -- so maybe instructions would have been helpful! But all in all, great value and very nice stay.
