Enjoy your Bethany Beach vacation and make lasting memories! This clean and well equipped home awaits you. Walk, bike or take the town trolley from the neighborhood to the beach, or utilize the free all day beach parking passes. Crab in the canal out back or play tennis or Pickleball on the two courts out front. We have tennis and Pickleball rackets at the house for our guests to use! Relax on one of the multiple decks or play cards on the screened-in porch. On both rainy and sunny days, enjoy playing ping pong and other games under the house. Pull up a stool and sit at the outdoor bar. A canoe and 3 Kayaks included for our guests to launch into the canal in our back yard!!

This bright and spacious home is ideally located in the town of Bethany Beach on a cul-de-sac in a quiet community within walking distance to a fitness center, liquor store, mini golf, ice cream shop, and the following restaurants within 5-10 minute walk: Grotto Pizza, DiFebo's, DiFebo’s take out market(flat breads/panini), Off the Hook, CoCo Lo Sushi, Chinese restaurant, Wawa, Rita's Italian Ice & Bethany Cycle. St. Ann's Catholic Church is approximately 3 blocks away. Bethany Nature center and trails 5 minute walk from the house. Check out the new Assawoman trail which is also a 5 minute walk from the house, and runs along the canal from Bethany to the bay. Shipwrecked mini golf and ice cream is a 5 minute walk from the house. Also, Walk to Bonkey’s ice cream. Simply...YUM!

High speed wireless internet & 65” flat screen in family room, new flat screen TVs in bedrooms.

Beautiful home. Well stocked. Meticulously decorated by very thoughtful and responsive owners. Boating was a bonus. We’ve come to Bethany for our annual summer getaway for four years running and this was by far our best vacation yet!

This property was perfect for our family and friend get away! The house was immaculate and we had absolutely everything we could possibly need and more! I absolutely loved the kayaks and trip we took down the canal and into the bay! The house is located very close to both the beaches and the boardwalk!! We had a fantastic time and wish our schedules allowed us to stay in this beautiful home and enjoy this beautiful area just a little longer !!!

The house was perfect for our family. Getting to the beach was super easy because of the 2 resident parking passes provided. We walked to restaurants and for ice cream. We especially enjoyed the pickleball and kayaks. I expect we’ll return next summer!

We had an amazing vacation at Family Tides! Our group was my husband & I, my parents, our 2 college age kids and their friends. The lay out of the house was perfect for us. We never felt on top of each other or crowded. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. We played pickle ball right across the street every single day. The kayaks and water access right out back were amazing! Only 1 mile to the beach and the trolly and parking passes were super helpful. And, most importantly, the home was spotless!!!! Most definitely the cleanest VRBO home we've ever stayed in! I highly recommend this home and we would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you so much!!!!

This house was amazing. Everyone loved our Bethany Beach vacation and said the wonderful home made the stay so much more fun. My adult kids kept commenting on how this house had everything you could possibly need to have a home away from home. My best friend has been vacationing in Bethany Beach for over 20 years and loved the neighborhood so much that she rented another house there for next year. This home is hands down the best beach rental that we have ever stayed in. We were all so sad when the vacation came to and end.

Great house safe neighborhood. The little ones could ride their bikes around safely very little traffic. There were kayaks, games and tennis and pickle ball across the street. Great for a active family with kids.

We absolutely enjoyed our recent stay at the house. The home was clean and well stocked with everything that was detailed in the listing. Our kids loved exploring the canal in the backyard and the outdoor games. The trolley was adorable and convenient for traveling to the beach. We also utilized the parking passes which were great - we went to the beach in the morning and found parking less than a block from beach access. Mary Jane was super responsive to any questions we had. It was a memorable trip for the whole family.

We booked this house to celebrate my MIL turning 60. There were 8 adults, 8 year old and 1 year old and we never felt on top of each other. We were very comfortable for the 10 of us. This house provided a little something for each member of the family as not everyone loves sitting on the beach. Between the kayaks, tennis courts, outdoor games and indoor games we were never bored. Getting to the beach was so much easier with the beach passes, parking was tricky but we quickly learned the earlier the better. We made dinner almost every night in the extremely fully stocked kitchen. It had literally everything we needed! We loved the proximity to shopping and attractions especially the mini golf. You will not be sorry booking this house. Jane was so helpful and very accessible the whole trip (and before). We had a perfect week for our vacation. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 12 and this was the greatest property. I have never stayed at a house that was so fully equipped with everything you need. The property is gorgeous and the location is great!! We had a family reunion and all of our family members at other houses were jealous. I can’t say enough good about the property, the location and the communication with the property manager. Mary Jane was amazing!!! I will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Bethany in the future!! Many memories were made here that we will cherish forever!!

We had a fabulous week and the home was perfect for our family. In a wonderful location with plenty to do. The house was fully stocked with all that we needed, was clean and wonderful communication with the owner. The canal is great for the kayaks and canoes and a short bike ride to ice cream, mini golf and more. Highly recommend!

Great house in an ideal location. The house was super clean and extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kayaks and canoe were a hit with our high school aged kids. The screened in deck area was a hit with the adults. The owner was great to work with. I would not hesitate to return to this house again for another fantastic beach trip. The description of this house on VRBO by the owner is spot on.

We rented this property for the week of August 14-21, 2021. First of all Mary Jane was great to work with. She quickly responded to all calls and emails, provided many suggestions for things to do and places to go, and made me feel almost like I was borrowing a friend's house! The house was as pictured, clean and in great shape. The layout of the bedrooms worked perfectly for my family with the two bedrooms upstairs for my daughter and her husband right across from the kid bunk bed room. My son and his wife and my husband and I had plenty of privacy with the two downstairs bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet nice for walks and it was great to be able to walk to mini golf and ice cream at Shipwrecked! Also got great take out from Off the Hook and that was a very short drive. It was only a five minute ride to the beach and we never had a problem with parking. My daughter and I walked there in the mornings and it was a lovely start to the day. We also used the kayaks at the house to explore the lagoon a few times. My grandchildren are not vaccinated and we felt perfectly comfortable at the beach not too crowded, and the ability to use the boats in the afternoon was another safe adventure. If you are looking for a comfortable family house in Bethany this place checks all of the boxes!

We really enjoyed our time in Bethany! We were non stop - beach, tennis, walks, shopping, kayaking, dining, golf - all at the home or within a really short distance. The home was exactly as described. Great location. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Enjoyed sitting out on the porches, especially the screened in porch. Owner was friendly and easy to work with. Definitely would stay in this home again.

Amenities were excellent, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to do our meals. Ping pong table was a huge hit, as were the kayaks and canoe. Games were fun and the entire family could enjoy them. Men were disappointed with the lack of fish caught, but they had a good time trying.

The house is on a peaceful and quiet street but is within walking or biking distance from everything. The house is equipped with everything you may need, the owners planned for making us comfortable. We had a family reunion of three families (72 years -infant) and everyone was overjoyed with our vacation. Wonderful.

Mary Jane's house is the perfect beach getaway. Easy parking at the beach even on busy July 4th week. Lots of non-beach options including her boats, great trails including one right across the canal, tennis and pickleball. We appreciated Mary Jane trying to make everything easy with great beach chairs, racquets and balls, and even a new ping pong table. House is very clean and airy. AC worked great even on hot week.

We found exactly what we were looking for, a comfortable home (it’s beautiful!) that is large enough to fit our group with things to do for everyone. The kids loved traveling via the trolley on their own, we loved not having to schlep them everywhere, every time. The canal is in the backyard and being brackish water we saw jellyfish in it! You should bring water shoes to use in the kayaks as the launch area is a bit slippery and muddy. The tennis courts were a great bonus, and on the other side of the tennis court is a small, but quiet and lovely dock. My younger daughter and I sat there for a good hour watching fish jump while I got caught up on all the “T” as they say. The beach is very clean and pretty, the trolley drops you off about a block from the entrance. Mary Jane is available the entire stay, like a private concierge. 🙂 The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely home in Bethany Beach had something for everyone. It was the perfect combination of good space to allow for privacy and nice amenities for fun bonding time and ease of activities. We loved having the kayaks, crabbing gear, tennis courts, and Assawoman walking trail to use every day. Bethany Beach is beautiful and has a boardwalk with fun food and shops. Cape Henlopen and Dewey Beach are great nearby excursions for surf fishing, beach, and nature walks. Plenty of fish and farm markets to prepare great food at the house. Gallery One is a nice art shop well worth a visit. Refreshing! Would have loved to stay longer. Thank you, Mary Jane.

Initially, I was worried about staying outside of downtown (where we usually stay), but it turned out to be no problem! Mary Jane had nice beach chairs for us to use and the parking situation near the beach was never an issue! The house was fairly well appointed and we enjoyed having the canal behind the house for kayaking and crabbing and also the tennis courts right outside the front door. It was also nice to be close to Bonkey's for ice cream and to Giant, since I did more cooking than usual. Mary Jane was super responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Had a wonderful time in Bethany Beach. House was very clean and had every everything we needed. Loved the access to the canal - we kayaked and paddleboarded every day. We will for sure be back!
