303 Ocean View Parkway - Hidden Harbor

Situated along a gorgeous canal and just three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean you will find this charming 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. Main floor has 2 sitting rooms, well equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room and deck. The second level boasts the laundry room and all bedrooms. There is also an additional shared hall bath. Home boasts many amenities. Town of Bethany Beach Trolley stop right out front door or accessing the beach is easy as you have an on demand crosswalk to cross Coastal Highway (flashing safety lights at the crosswalk).

-Weekly and partial (2+ nights) available. See calendar for availability.
-Beds: Master suite (king) and three additional bedrooms (queen, 2 twins, and bedroom 4 has a pyramid bunk (twin/double) plus a twin under, (Occupancy is still a firm 8 per community rules).
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $235.
-Pets: Not allowed
-WIFI - Yes
-Appliances: Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Keurig Duo (both standard and keurig), Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Iron/Board
-Outside: Deck. 2 inflatable kayaks + safety gear (pump supplied to add air as needed). Use at your own risk.
-Gas Grill: It is the policy of the Hidden Harbour Condominium Association that no hibachi, grill or similar other device used for outdoor grilling or cooking (herein after “grill”) shall be used on any deck or within 10 feet of any structure, which includes any building and deck, and must be placed on grade level, which is ground level. Grills may be stored next to the decks. All charcoal grill usage is prohibited.
-TV: (3) Streaming only
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
-Beach chairs (8), beach umbrella (1), wagon (1), beach toys and 2 Kayaks with safety gear. (These items are not guaranteed).
-Other: No smoking. No fireplace use.

Hidden Harbour:
The community of Hidden Harbour is quiet and secluded yet close to the beach. They offer pool, tennis, and pickle-ball court. They also have a community pier where you can go crabbing, launch your kayak or simply enjoy the water views.
POOL: POOL HOURS: In season (Mid June/July/Aug), a pool attendant will be on duty from 10am to 6pm daily. Pool will be cleared each morning for a sufficient period to permit cleaning. All guests must shower before entering the pool. Only toilet trained children are permitted. Swimming is not permitted between the hours of 6pm and 10am and only permitted when the pool attendant is on duty. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pool is only open on weekends (Sat/Sun) Memorial to mid -June.

the Hidden Harbour swimming pool will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the following dates during 2025:
• May 24, 25, and 26 (Memorial Day Weekend)
• May 31 and June 1
• June 7 and June 8
• June 13 through September 1 (Labor Day)

Very nice townhouse

It sleeps 8 and there were 8 beds but one child was disappointed that he couldn't sleep in the trundle bed (no mattress)

Good enough

Great location, definitely within walking distance to everything. Loved the access to the water. Unfortunately the kayaks at the house are not accessible to renters. So we did buy a paddle board and am hooked. But it was disappointing to see kayaks there we couldn’t use. So, we had to wait to enjoy the water. The oven broke the first night and was promptly fixed the next morning. The house was clean enough. The rental is good enough. The location makes up for everything. Would rent again.

Our newest sure thing

I am very particular and quirky about where I stay. Once we find a house that doesn’t make anxious, we go back every year to that house. We outgrew our first and our second one has not been rented since Covid. This is the second year we have stayed here. Definitely a yearly tradition. A few issues with maintenance and equipment, but the problems were always addressed with in the hour. When the washing machine broke, they replaced the washer and dryer with brand new equipment. Great property. Close to the beach and town but still quiet. I was comfortable allowing my older children to walk home from the beach without me. The kids loved pickleball and we enjoyed the water access. While water equipment is provided, we used our own boards and kayaks. The canal was a great place to practice SUP and the pond was calm and enjoyable. Great place for our needs.

Quiet getaway close to the beach

We had a good experience at this location for a family vacation. The townhouse was large enough to accommodate 5 adults and 3 children without any issues, and the community itself was nice, with a canal running directly behind. Some minor quibbles are the fact that the listing states that the community pool is a saltwater pool when it is in fact a freshwater pool and the fact that we kept experiencing small black ants coming into the house close to the sliding glass doors. Other than that it was a good trip.

Everything was perfect here. But the lock on the door

New key pad locks stink. Could not get into the unit due to faulty new lock. Had to call Property management and have them let us in. Technology can’t beat a trusty key. Other then that everything was 10/10
