"We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! "Apartment was amazing! Really spacious and very grand! Why sray in a small hotel room when you can stay somewhere like this. Owner really nice and very helpful too. City centre c30 minute walk, which is where the main restaurants are too, although we really enjoyed spending an evening in tge apartment and having a take away delivered via Deliveroo!"

"The apartment was comfortable but a few niggles. There was no where to hang the bath towel in the bathroom. There was a radiator but it meant you would be dripping wet getting out of the bath to get it. There were only pegs by the front door of the apartment. There was no full length mirror. I was going to a wedding so wanted to see what I looked like but the mirrors were too high. The bathrooms smelt musty. The bed was too soft, now suffering with a bad back!"

Great stay - highly recommend
"For our 1st trip to Lincoln the Duke William Hotel was perfect for location - we struggled with parking but in the end we got one, probably due to it being lunchtime on Fathers Day & a live concert in town. We had early check-in & only had to wait for 10/15 minutes whereby we were provided with a coffee. Room was great, very clean & comfortable, perfect for a night, fab bathroom space. We had a drink in the bar & my partner said that the homemade Martini Espresso was very nice & shes very fussy about her cocktails! Breakfast was included & cooked very well & tasty - overall a great stay at the Duke William & would happily stay there again or recommend it to anybody else."
