"In summary: we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again. Pros: - we were on the 24th floor and the views were amazing! -Dostyk Ave has so many shops and delicious restaurants in short walking distance. We could also walk to Ascension Cathedral, Kok Tobe, and most attractions. -many bars in the hotel, so many people met us for drinks and we didn't have to go far. -shower head was nice and water was warm. -it is cool to stay in such an iconic building. Cons: -The bed was quite hard for our taste. -room was small. -not enough dressers, wardrobes, storage space for our clothes. -shower was very tight. -breakfast was good and there was a variety of selection. However, it was very busy and crowded. -it costs the taxes money to enter the hotels driveway, so no taxi wanted to drop off or pick up right at the hotel. It was easy to walk to a corner once we knew, but shocking at first. "

"Overall, it’s good hard to see the mountains. I had a mountain view broom, but there is barely mountains to see lots of buildings in front of window, and there is constructions on the backside of the hotel. I hope the spill improve in the future thanks."
