"The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"5/5 Great family trip and fits 4-5 total people easy. It’s a 3 story property, but only the top is live able. The inside is dated, but the outside more than made up for it…Everyone enjoyed jumping off the first story ledge into the water, the property is large and has amazing views all over. "Such a lovely Villa and a helpful property manager. If you're looking for a unique experience and a beautiful get away then this is your place! Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. "Pros: The house is old, beautiful and very special. With a green garden which is well maintained with nice outside seating. The inside is unique and offers many spaces for people to spend time together. Cons: The kitchen is small and old for such a size of a house.
