"My stay was Wednesday night September 18 Although I arrived at 11 pm the staff was visible and checked me in immediately. The night auditor was very kind and accommodating and personable. She deserves a raise, she has a lot of patience considering the clientele and all of the responsibilities she has. I have never been to Wilkes-Barre but she was working non stop and the area didn't seem the safest. There were 24 hour food options walking distance and breakfast was exceptionally delicious with many choices. Checkout was seamless . I could do door dash as well. I would definitely return and recommend to friends"

"The staff at the front desk were super. They had lots of information on restaurants and how to get back to the freeway the next day. There was also covered parking for our motorcycles. Much appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. The food was just okay. I’ve had better at chain hotels. "
