The room is spacious and well-lit, with a large window that lets in natural light. It features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV opposite a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating guests.
The kitchen is integrated into the living room, creating an open and functional space. It is equipped with basic utensils, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery.
The bathroom is fully equipped, with an elegant and modern design, featuring a spacious shower with a glass enclosure. Next to it, there is a compact and well-organized closet, with shelves, drawers, and hanging rods for storing clothes, shoes, and accessories in a practical way.
In addition, the apartment features a powder room next to the bathroom, equipped with a marble countertop sink and mirror, offering convenience for residents and visitors.
The master bedroom is cozy and decorated in soft colors, featuring a comfortable double bed and a trundle bed, ideal for accommodating more people, especially children. The windows offer pleasant views and good natural light.

Guests can use the swimming pool from 9 am to 10 pm. The tennis court is available for free use, without the need for scheduling, as long as it is unoccupied. All leisure areas in the condominium are open from 9 am to 10 pm.
Beach service with chairs, umbrellas, and tables operates from 9 am to 4 pm. Housekeeping service is available from 8 am to 4 pm, however, the condominium does not provide bed linens; the housekeeper only cleans the unit if the owner provides them.
On the ground floor, below the stairs in all the blocks, there are trash cans, as shown in the attached photo.
The condominium has a heated pool, which is closed on Mondays, and a cold pool, closed on Tuesdays. On other days, both operate normally.

The vehicle picks up and drops off passengers hourly, from 9 am to 5 pm. Departure is from the flat's reception area, heading to the main beach service point, near the Maremonti restaurant.
