"The room was clean. The couch was too low for me to easily get up from. They did bring a chair that I could sit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options offered little for gluten and dairy free. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was small and hard to move about in it. The bed was comfortable. It's very close to the Ark Encounter, which was great."

"Our room at this hotel was very clean and quiet. The only complaint was the bathtub floor was very slippery and there wasn’t any safety rail or tub floor mat"

"Air-conditioning and room did not work. Apparently it was repaired two days before? Was moved to a different room finally very late with two young children. Had to sleep on a cot/couch. Manager was extremely rude, and embarrassed my wife in front of a whole room full of people including our grandchildren in the morning and no compensation was given. This hotel is strategically located at the Ark Encounter and I would recommend avoiding it and travelling to have a better stay."

"The room was clean, bed ok. The breakfast was ok, I have been to better but far the most part it was adequate. No pool was a bummer. If just need a room for the night this place would do nicely."

"The property was within driving range for our planned activities. Our problem had to do with the family above us. There were 3 children that stomped or marched from 6:15 am to 11:00 pm. Multiple visits to the room was made by the staff, nothing helped."
