Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. "Spacious and comfortable. Would recommend as only 10-15 min walk to castle and main part of town. Not much within 5 minutes walk though."

"Very basic property. Pretty clean although seating and carpet could have been cleaner. Storage for clothing had limited access. Was ok for our purposes."

"Safe, 24 hour front desk/ security. Washer/dryer a very nice amenity. Short walk to pubs and restaurants, as well as train station. Downside is that the key pickup is several blocks from the property. Highly recommend overall!"

"Our stay was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean, and accesible to the main areas in Cardiff. The Castle is only a 5 minutes walk, as well as plenty of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Perfect place if you have a car as it has private parking. There is also a washer machine which is very convenient when traveling for a while. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Cardiff. Super recommended! "

"The property host CANCELLED 24hrs beforehand! This left my 18 year old daughter and her friend without accommodation at the last minute. They claimed that due to ‘unforeseen’ maintenance they had to cancel! This left us in a panic as accommodation was minimal not to mention pricey as there was a concert on at the Stadium (which is what the girls were going for)! Not to mention the fact they were travelling from Glasgow!"

"Amazing value for money and apartment was really nice just tired in a few areas. Curtains need replacing, also bathroom door needs to be fixed. Lovely apartment decor but cleanliness could be better. I trod on a small bit of glass and there was some melted chocolate substance on the bed side table that should have been cleaned. Could not fault the value for money. "
