Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though. "

"Very spacious apartment with a well equiped kitchen , the bathroom is clean and its has a very big shower . Its situated very well in mundaka . Ver close to free parking area and beach and its also very close to all of the restaurants ans bars in the area "

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
