The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated home in the heart of Berrien Springs! This stunning home features stainless kitchen appliances, granite countertops, hard bamboo flooring, privacy, and a peaceful location. You will find yourself just minutes from everything Berrien Springs has to offer from Wolf's Prairie Park (right across the street!), unique fairs, festivals, wineries, a boat club just around the corner with convenient lake access, breweries, and a charming downtown space to explore the local culture!

Inside our beautiful home, you and your family will find sleeping space for up to 5 people, a fully stocked kitchen, a private entrance and back yard, and comfort around every corner!

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays! Please read our policies before booking.

This home was great, excellent location on a quiet street, the park was perfect for our toddler. The home was incredibly clean, welcoming and had every amenity we needed for our stay. We’d love to come back again this summer!

This was our second trip to this property. It is clean, comfortable and beautiful. It’s close to Silver Beach. We also enjoyed Salt Haven.

Great place for a getaway!

This was perfect for my mom, my sister and me! Definitely clean and we had everything we needed. It was nice to be on a quiet street and the park is great if you have children that want to play. Be sure to check out the pizza place in town. Right beside it is Salt Haven and we loved that experience as well!

Great place for kids!

This was a wonderful location to stay! We were 20 Min from St. Joseph , MI and a little Over 30 From South Haven! Perfect trips for the day! We had a toddler And newborn and the park right across from The house made a great place to play and just sit by the lake!

We stayed at ‘Lake Chaplin views’ while visiting my daughter and family in Berrien Springs. It’s a great spot, close to the lake, a few shops, plus a nice little breakfast place. Spacious, clean, and convenient we highly recommend for a short or even a long stay. Thank you!

Outstanding property

We were in Berrien Springs for a short visit with family. Perfect location for us. My grandkids really enjoyed Wolf Park (right across the street). This home has been lovingly set up. Very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely choose this property for another visit.

Super clean spacious and perfect location.

I stayed with my parents and my toddler for a weekend visiting other family in Berrien Springs. The house has everything you could want or need from toiletries to kitchen items. The house is very spacious and incredibly clean. Being near the playground and lake were great perks. Easy check in and good instructions.

I absolutely love our stay. The house was the perfect size for our family. I love having the Park right there. The view was great. I didn't like that we could adjust the air. It was a little colder for the kids and that I had to call for the door code when I got there. Outside of those things I loved our stay.

The home was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. We only stayed for two nights and wish we would have had more time to enjoy the home and the park across the street. Do be aware that Unique Stays charges per person, up to five people for this house. I had searched on Expedia originally for two people, but they needed the exact number of persons to charge accordingly, instead of one charge for the house.
