"We really wanted to love this place, but we had some issues. First, we had a really hard time finding it. Owner was very responsive when I reached out, but it’s not marked at all. The house is very hot (we were there during a heatwave), there is no air con or fans in the house. Owner suggested opening windows and closing blinds - but no air got in and there is a lot of noise from the main road. Couldn’t leave the windows open because the bugs were crazy too. "The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. "Lovely stay! The concierge did not communicate with us the day of arrival and we were waiting outside for a 45Minutes before they texted back and sent an email detailing how to access the location. "Communication with Steven very fast and easy. Very good introduction of the home with Jo. The amazing house is very clean, very well equiped (shampoo, towels and lots usuful herbs and other things for cooking. Spacious rooms, sunny swimming pool with lots of deck chairs. Overall a fantastic place to be."

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year."

"We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful."
