"We love staying at hotels with character. This hotel was conveniently located for a quick layover as we were heading to our vacation destination. We will be looking for other accommodations for our layover on the way home. Our room, the elevators and hallways are in need of updating. The bed was just okay, but the pillows were flat. There was also toothpaste on the inner rim of the sink from a previous guest. Not our favorite stay."

"Nice place to stay but there are a lot of kids teams that stay there, so there’s not enough seating for breakfast. There’s an open area that they could have added tables to, but didn’t; however, the staff was working their butts off to keep up. It was a nice amenity we couldn’t use. The rooms were ok, but there was something in every part that wasn’t working - 1 elevator down, 1 pool area closed, a bunch of games in the arcade didn’t work. Maybe just bad timing? The food in the water park was convenient but really poor quality - if the kids don’t even like the chicken tenders, that’s something!"
