They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...

"What a beautiful resort! Kaleb was our host checking in. Very professional and friendly. There was a small issue with our room, but it was quickly rectified beyond our expectations.
