"I was traveling for a family gathering and drove 4 hours. I was hoping to check in an hour earlier and was told told I have to pay extra. When I asked for a room same floor as my family , I was told the room will be ready in 30minutes then became 1 hour. Even after 1 hour, it was not ready. The most frustrating experience was no one would update you with any information until you come and ask despite sitting close to the front desk. I ended up getting a room at a different floor because I got tired of waiting . . The breakfast selection was SO limited and few that I wouldn’t call much of a breakfast for the price you pay to stay at the hotel. The room was adequate and clean. The staff’s interaction first day was disappointing but checking out was fine.
I had stayed at Hyatt’s Place at time Square on New Year eve and the price served there was the BEST! The place was clean and the staff were VERY FRIENDLY."
