Situated close to Fisherman's Wharf (750m) and the river (300m) and just a short walk or drive (1.3km) to main street shops, supermarket, and several beaches, this charming holiday property offers a convenient location in a delightful setting. There are five units in the modern private complex which also has a generous sized communal saltwater swimming pool.

Over two levels the downstairs living/dining/kitchen area is continuous with a sunny deck for outdoor entertaining and a fully fenced courtyard garden. The smart well equipped kitchen has stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances. You'll also find a powder room on this level. Upstairs are three spacious carpeted bedrooms and several bathrooms.

Bedroom 1- King size bed, bedside tables and reading lights, built-in robes, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Has balcony with views.

Bedroom 2- Queen size bed, bedside tables and reading lights, built-in robes, 2 seater lounge, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Has balcony overlooking driveway.

Bedroom 3- King Single beds x 2, chest of drawers, built-in robes, ceiling fan

Main bathroom- upstairs, has shower, separate bath, vanity unit and toilet

Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan.
