Enjoy a coastal holiday in a magical bush setting. This idyllic timber home offers a feeling of seclusion, nestled among the trees and stunning south coast natives whilst offering tantalising views of the river beyond – and all less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of town!

Relax on the deck amongst the gum trees or curl up on the lounge with a good book and soak up the peace with the wood burning fire crackling. With cathedral ceilings and large windows – the shared spaces are flooded with light making the home incredibly welcoming.

This is the perfect property for people that want to immerse themselves in nature whilst still being incredibly close to the beach and the convenience of town.

Some of the local attractions include the Fisherman's Wharf (1.2km), Country Club and golf course (1.4km), the main street shops and beach, and the recently refurbished Bermagui Hotel (1.9km).

If you want room to stretch this is an ideal holiday home.

Dining: Open plan space with dining table & 6 chairs perfectly positioned next to the wood burning fire.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including cooktop/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.

Internet/WiFi access: NBN Fixed Wireless. This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and password details will be provided upon arrival at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan.

Laundry: Includes front-loading washing machine and laundry tub.

Murrah Street Cottage

This place was simply brilliant, a real hidden gem. So quiet and peaceful, with early morning Kookaburras and Magpies welcoming the day. The view from every living room window was a delight, high above the land in forest treetops. But the view down to the river and oyster beds was even more spectacular. The interior was well styled and the high ceilings a bonus. We will stay again.

Lovely clean and quiet bush retreat in a spotted gum forest.

So much wildlife - Wallabies, wombats, kangaroos, birdlife. Fireplace in lounge room with firewood provided. Beautiful views from every window over forest and river. House stocked with all essentials. Close to town and beaches. Highly recommend. (If you do go roaming around property there are lots of ticks, just change clothes when you come back in house.)
