The Good Place

The quiet 3-bedrooms are located in the 5th floor of a listed monument in Kreuzberg. The accomodation is as cool as the neighborhood, located between the hip Bergmann-Kiez and Gleisdreieck-Park. She has two separate bedrooms and an open living-kitchen. 7 minutes by foot to the train and subway will bring you everywhere in Berlin. The 57m² large accomondation is suited perfectly for business trips, couples and families.


The living room with its open kitchen is the heart of the accomondation and the west facing windows provide beautiful light. Here is the place to cook, enjoy the espresso in the morning or spend relaxed evenings on the couch- with a record player, drinks and a big TV.

Next is the first bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a closet and an iron. It is also equipped with a desk, and fast Wi-Fi which makes it great for home office. Through the windows you can see the courtyard and the stylish brick wall makes it really cozy.

Back through the living room you get to the second bedroom in which left and right are two single beds. The wardrobe in the middle provides enough space for your clothes.

In the modern bathroom with underfloor heating, you can find a bathtub, with a shower and enough space for getting ready for Berlins nightlife. Also, a hairdryer, soap, shower gel an shampoo are provided.

The accomondation gets cleaned by professional cleaning personnel, and complies with all hygiene measures- for the safety of our guests. For long term rentals, a washing machine and dryer will be provided.

She is located in the 5th floor without an elevator.

I live next to you, and therefor am always available, if there is a problem. Because of the self-check-in and self-check-out, we will normally not meet.
