Very bad experience - not able to access the planned apartment

Unfortunately, the communication with the host was rather poor. Upon multiple requests, the access details to the apartment were not shared. As a result we were not able to get in, call your hotline and move to a hotel instead. The doorman moreover informed us that supposedly, the power had been cut off by the utilities on the day of arrival. Neither of the questions were clarified by the owner the next day either. Some alternatives were suggested by your team. However, these did not fully suit what were looking for and we chose another self-found alternative. So unfortunately, quite some extra hassle and re-planning the first evening and second morning :(

Mixed experience

Das Objekt ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Was lediglich fehlt ist die Information, dass der Souterrain-Teil sehr feucht mit entsprechenden Feuchtigkeitsschäden am Objekt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gegeben, An- und Abreise unkompliziert. Leider habe ich auch Monate nach dem Aufenthalt immer noch nicht die gewünschte Rechnung erhalten. Für denselben Preis hätten wir zu Dritt auch in ein gutes Hotel gehen können, in Anbetracht der Umstände daher zu teuer.

Gemütliches Loft in ruhiger Lage und mitten in der Stadt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft entspricht genau den Bildern und ist liebevoll mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Lage im Hinterhaus eines aufwendig modernisierten Hauses mit tollen Innenhöfen ist ruhig. Von hier aus kann man die U-Bahn in die Stadtmitte super einfach erreichen. Es lohnt sich aber auch einfach im Stadtteil zu bleiben und vor allem abends in eines der gemütlichen kleinen Lokale einzukehren. Allerdings ist es durch die Kellerlage etwas feucht und muffig, Stockflecken an den Fussleisten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bedarf aber mal einer Überholung. Mikrowelle und Senseokaffeemaschine konnte man nicht nutzen. Die Oberflächen sind sehr sauber, aber Ofen und Spülmaschine sind schmutzig. Da wir im Loft nur gefrühstückt haben, war das für uns nicht dramatisch, sollte aber vielleicht mal gemacht werden.
