"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how spacious it was, the location was great for our needs (we do prefer Assateague beach over the OC one and don't care to stay in OC). The kitchen was well-stocked, and all appliances were working properly. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the outdoor and indoor pool are a big advantage. Kids loved playing arcade and foosball in the evening (located in the community center) and going fishing.The property was clean, except for floors - I highly doubt that they were mopped since our feet were black from walking barefoot inside the house. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience. Highly recommend"

"This was a very nice rental! Right on the middle of Assateague State Park and Ocean City. Fenwick Island was not far either! Everything was tidy . With the exception of some dust bunnies hidden in corners."

"Great stay!!We had a wonderful time at this clean, spacious, and pet-friendly home! The house was comfortable, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for my family—including our 2 dogs. The location was convenient for visiting Ocean City, MD, while still offering a peaceful place to relax especially fthe deck! We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and welcoming atmosphere. Owners were very plesant to communocate with as well. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
