"I stayed at Thon for the first time after staying at a number of different hotels near Brussels Airport. I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. If you are looking for an airport shuttle then this hotel doesn’t provide that (as far as I’m aware). There is public transport The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was really comfy and there was a new smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. In my experience these things are not as standard in most hotels near the airport. I would definitely stay again"

"Aside from the nice city view, we were not asked for a deposit. Just had to pay for city tax. Everything is really clean and staffs are so accommodating. Plus, you have tons of options around food wise. "
