"The propriety was tidy and very cute. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Parking was easy to find on the street, even though there is a designated parking spot. Host responded quickly to all questions. Highly recommend!!:)"

"Perfect location for my attendance at a workshop in Berkeley. Be aware that parking in the rear can be tight. There are 4 spaces marked but realistically only 2 cars (unless tiny) will fit. Can use some maintenance - wallpaper in bedroom is peeling pretty badly. Basic amenities are provided; overall a decent value."
