The Barn made it possible for us to have a fantastic, memorable weekend in Berkeley Springs. The Barn is beautifully furnished and all the furniture was functional and stylish. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen is thoughtfully well-stocked. We made use of all the amenities: the fire pit to roast marshmallows, the laundry room, the BBQ grill and the hot tub (new and clean)! The owner Sam was responsive (within 5 minutes!) and made sure we were comfortable. The location is peaceful and serene with treed views all around. We would definitely book again!

Great escape from DMV

Sam was very accessible with communication. The property was perfect for a weekend getaway for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the spacious barn and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was perfect for all our meals (we do not eat out at all). The farmers market on Sunday was a great place to get in touch was local goods. Loved the layout of the whole barn and open style, the upper deck was perfect for early morning yoga with the amazing view of the mountains beyond the trees.
