"Beautiful house for anyone wanting peace and quiet, however house is empty most of the year and owners live abroad so nobody had checked all in order and 2 showers leaked and 1 air-condition unit not working, caretaker did what he could, owners didn’t contact us to check, also no instructions for appliances so for example we had to guess how dishwasher worked and small things were missing like a kettle"

"First of all the welcome was perfect. Nicky met us at Castell de Ferro and guided us through the winding roads to the Villa. The house itself was huge and very well presented. With 5 spacious bedrooms and almost as many bathrooms. The children loved exploring every bit of it. In terms of amenities, the house is very well equipped had everything our family needed. There was even an extra fridge freezer in the laundry room (in case we got too carried away with our shopping). Entertainment wise...

"Just had a wonderful holiday in this stunning property and pool with magnificent views at every turn (especially loved that connecting balcony spot). Tastefully decorated, fully furnished and generously stocked. Much better than in real life than you imagine from the photos! Pretty village location was peaceful. Helps if you are a confident driver, its about 15 minutes winding roads to the nearby town and main roads. Great direct contact with Chris (owner) and Evelyn and John before arrival,...

"We rented a two bed apartment for 3 weeks in February. The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. Our only complaint, apart from the exterior appearance, was that the bathroom would have that stale water...
