"The staff was friendly and very accommodating-there is a public transit stop just 2 minutes away on a major bus route that makes local travel really easy. There are two grocery stores within a couple blocks and a number of places to eat close by with a broad selections of local and international tastes. We had a room with two twin beds as I was traveling with my granddaughter - there are few hotels with that option- the room was small but comfortable and had an enclosed balcony-there is no refrigerator, microwave or air conditioning like in typical US hotels - but for Salzburg it was very pleasant and comfortable and I would very much recommend it "

"The double bed was very big, and the extra bed from an easy chair was also good, with space to move around the room. The ground floor room was fine, not noisy (no noise heard from the airport). There is a bakery that also serves coffee just opposite the hotel (to save money on breakfast). The check-in staff were excellent, spoke very good English. Check out was hassle-free."

"View from the room was stupendous. Restaurant staff were delightful and professional. Food was excellent (with the exception of the ribeye) A/C in the room would not get cold and lighting controls were fiddly and over engineered. "

"Perfectly located for hiking and swimming in the summer. The breakfast is amazing with such a wide choice. Very family friendly with attentive staff. Great to have on-site pool (although there are some amazing pools, one walking distance and a couple of others a short drive). Would highly recommend staying here."
