We, a group of 3 women, had opted for the family room. Both rooms were very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to beautiful Bergamo

Nice room, great shower. Handy position for shopping and relatively near the station. The code worked okay and the only problem was at the room door as the handle didn’t work very well and it took us quite a few attempts to get the bedroom door open. Also the TV kept buffering

Access was a little tricky on arrival but managed to work this out. Disappointed with room allocation as booked and paid for 2 delux rooms but only one was delux. There was also issues accessing a particular room after going out, however, this was resolved relatively quickly when we called for assistance.

Bergamo Inn 15

The checkin process was non-existent, we had to call the number provided as we couldn’t get into the building, and we were told we can’t get in before the checkin time (3pm), despite me emailing them several times in the days prior to the arrival to mention the time we will arrive to drop our luggage. We were told just to leave the luggage in a communal room where basically anyone could have taken them… therefore was rather unsafe, but nevertheless we were already there and had no other place to leave them, so we dropped them there. Room-wise, the TV didn’t work properly (the image was blurred almost every 3 seconds, probably the Tv needs servicing/replacing) and the WiFi didn’t work (was showing ‘no internet’ constantly). We heard other people shouting over the phone to the ‘reception’ (basically there’s no reception from what we’ve seen, it’s just the number we had from the booking) to complain about other things, so probably others haven’t had the best time there either. Because of the issue with the ‘no reception’ and using a code to get in and out of the building, we had the same issue with the luggage when we left as when we arrived- we couldn’t leave it anywhere as upon checkout our code wouldn’t have worked anymore, so we had to pay extra at a luggage facility in the city to leave the bags for a few hours. Based on our overall experience, can’t say we’d use this accommodation again.

Procedure d'entrée trop compliquee. Assenceur escargot. Mais à part çà tout va bien à part part les prix qui font du yoyo sur les sites de reservation (de 50 a 150 euros)

Veldig fornøyd.

Store fine, rene rom. Når jeg ikke mottok epost med link til innsjekking ringte jeg kunde service. De var veldig behjelpelig og hyggelige. Og det løste seg raskt. Når det var i orden var det enkelt å sjekke inn online. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Alt i alt, veldig fornøyd. Vi kommer til å bo her neste gang vi besøker Bregamo.

Hotell rommet var nydelig å fint. Men vi kom litt sent på kvelden. Da var det ingen på jobb der. Ble litt lange tlf samtaler før vi endelig fikk kode å kom oss inn. Men anbefaler hotellet, men kom gjerne før kl 17.00

God beliggenhed.

God beliggenhed og flot værelse. Dårlig service fra “receptionen”. Var oplyst af hotellet at de var til stede mellem 16-19, det var de ikke. De tog deres telefon men kunne ikke engang bestille en taxi for mig.

Moderne og lækre værelser. Skønt med en lille altan. Dejlig seng. Virkelig god beliggenhed. Eneste minus var gulvet på værelset, som var ret støvet og havde en del hår på det.

Terrible gestion de ingreso

Terrible, resulta que haces la reserva y no te avisan que tienes que enviar luego un correo al hotel para que el hotel te mande un código, y asi puedas ingresar, el telefono que tienen publicado tampoco funciona, duramos 2 horas esperando para poder canalizarlo. (Tampoco hay elevador y debes subir escaleras con las maletas) Bien ubicado pero se puede conseguir un hotel de verdad por el mismo precio.

A localização é maravilhosa, bem no meio do centro comercial. E quando digo meio e por que tinha loja na direita e na esquerda. Mas isso não tornou barulhenta muito pelo contrário é bastante silencioso dentro do quarto. E bem limpo e arrumado. Não tem serviço ou pessoas, mas não tira em nenhum momento o mérito.

All we needed for a city break.

Our 5 night stay was extremely comfortable. I don't think the hotel is designed to offer anymore than that and so it did the job perfectly well. We didn't want a hotel with too many home comforts or a pool or a spa because we wanted to get out and enjoy the area and all it had to offer. The hotel sits in a superb location for doing just that. The hotel is very clean although there was the odd dark hair around the sink on arrival and I cleaned marks around the coffee machine. Nothing worthy of a complaint. On the downside, all communication sent was in Italian which is, of course, fair enough but as we are UK based, I also think it is fair to assume that Italian is not our first language. I also had to call the hotel on our day of arrival as they were saying I had not paid up front. I had and despite them not being able to see this, they released the access code so we could sort it out the day after if needs be. There was no need as payment had registered. All in all, an enjoyable experience in a superb location. No frills but clean and comfortable. I would definitely return if I was to visit the area again for a short break.
