"Our corner room was dreamy. The natural light that filtered through the trees was everything. Walkable from train stations and close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the church tower. Amazing canals everywhere. Perfect spot for a visit to Utrecht."
"VERY friendly, helpful staff! Room was clean and comfortable. The first floor lounge area was beautifully done- very comfortable with creative colors and decor! Breakfast had excellent choice of offerings. Especially appreciate the freah fruit and yummy bread! The hotel is literally steps from the Holland America cruise terminal. The only complaint is that the only way into hotel is up multiple stairs!! Very difficult to do with luggage even if you are able bodied! For those who have difficulty with stairs it's impossible. I'm shocked that such an excellent hotel in a very thoughtful country would create such an impediment to their guests comfort and safety! In many countries this would be illegal!!! For that reason I can't recommend this otherwise excellent hotel and won't be back myself!!!"
