"We stopped in early to make our reservation. We were going to be a late arrival. They have it posted that the lobby is open until 11:00pm. We knew it would be closer to midnight. They waited for us. She had the key in her hand when we came through the front door. Our only problem was the heater. It was very warm when we checked in. We turned it down to 68. It did not cool off. We completely shut it off. The staff was great."

"Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. "We stayed at this property for ten nights in April. This was our second stay here, previous summer 2023 was the first. So obviously we liked it so much that we were anxious to return when we travelled back to Sioux Falls again. There is not much we can add to our previous review. Everything was wonderful, exactly as advertised, all items needed for our stay were available. "This was a great place to stay. WiFi was very spotty and could not really use for phones or laptops while we were there. Game room was great and we used the spa everyday. Great communication with host. Master bed needs to be replaced as the frame is coming apart but mattress was great. "

"We had an excellent stay 3 night stay while in town for a friend’s wedding weekend. The townhouse was very clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! The location was perfect at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the quick responses and communication updates from Matti and the check in/out process was seamless! We travel to Sioux Falls a few times a year and we will absolutely be staying here again!"
