"The staff was so accommodating. Excellent excellent customer service the best that I've had at a hotel and a long long while. The stay was delightful. And the next time that we come into town for concert down at The vineyards for definitely making our reservations there again. And thank you to the two young men who was so polite and helped my mother after a fall."

"I can't say enough good things about this property and the host. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and when there was an issue with the HVAC, it was fixed immediately! The proximity to Berea College and shops/restaurants was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and I had zero issues with noise. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home."

"Great property with convenient location. In town with another couple for a concert at Renfro Valley. Property was perfect for the night and more comfortable than a hotel room. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we are in the area."
