Cozy Studio with Balcony Near Beach and Shops

Located in a secure residence, halfway between the beach and shops, this studio is composed as follows:

- An entrance with a fitted sleeping area (a bunk bed measuring 90x190cm).
- A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
- A living room with a sofa bed (measuring 140x190cm).
- An open fitted/equipped kitchen area.

You will also enjoy a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the residence.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the size of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- 2 DETERGENT TABLETS: €1.
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
- Sheet kit for one person: €10.
