Sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Watzmann sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Ortskern und die Bushaltestellen gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Balkon am Nachmittag auch im Februar schon sehr sonnig. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit der Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber, schön und wohnlich. Der Gastgeber der Wohnung wahr sehr freundlich, und hilfreich da wir eine Panne mit unserem Auto hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Wir freuen uns auf nächste mal.

Tolles Anwesen. Super Lage. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Parkplatz vorhanden. Familienfreundlich Wenn wieder nach Berchtesgaden……dann nur in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung

Ruhig aber doch Zentral gelegen
Buchung und Anreise einfach, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wunderschöne Lage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und guten Restaurants 5 Minuten entfernt. Fewo im Dachgeschoss vielleicht nicht unbedingt für Leute über 190cm ( Habe mir doch ein paar mal den Kopf gestoßen) Sehr schöne Dusche! Die Küche soll im Frühjahr 2023 erneuert werden (Aussage Vermieter) ist aber noch gut erhalten und zweckmäßig eingerichtet ( keine Mikrowelle ! ) Sehr gute Isolierung!! Unsere klare Empfehlung ☺️

Großartiger Aufenthalt
sehr tolle, freundliche Familie, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Dir Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut gelegen. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Toll war auch, dass wir den Garten mitbenutzung durften. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank für Eure Großzügigkeit.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung
Die Wohnung war wie angegeben, sehr gemütlich und bei Ankunft blitzblank. Die Gastwirte sind unglaublich freundlich, mehrmals bekamen wir als Gastgeschenk selbstgebackenen Kuchen, am Ankunftstag sogar einen kleinen Blumenstrauß. Die Lage ist ideal, der Ortskern von Berchtesgaden ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso div. Restaurants und Supermärkte. Liebe Familie Girlitzer, wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer supersympathischen Familie alles erdenklich Gute und freuen uns schon jetzt auf eine Nächtesmal!

Für einen Kletterurlaub fast zu schade
Zum Kletterurlaub am Untersberg und Hohen Göll hatten wir uns eingebucht. Die Wohnung groß, mit tollem Blick auf den Watzmann und den Untersberg. Ein großer Garten mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einem kleinen Quellwasserpool. Leider kamen wir abends meist spät vom Berg zurück, sodass wir die Wohnung mit Balkon und den Garten kaum voll ausnutzen konnten. Die Wohnung eignet sich bestimmt gut, wenn man auch ein kleines Kind mit dabei hat. Die Vermieter super freundlich. Ein Wiederkommen ist fest eingeplant.
