Service in dining took over 40 minutes for a drink.
Had breakfast twice. First time forgot to serve the fruit.
Second time forgot to give orange juice.
Lots of laughter but very bad service.

The staff was nice and greeted everyone by name. Breakfast was great. We ate one night from on-site restaurant and the food wasn't as great. Housekeeping could have been better with cleaning the bathrooms. Mold was visible around shower area in crevices.

I stayed here with my sister and absolutely loved it. We had our own deluxe pool villa and the pool was beautifully maintained. The entire place felt like a peaceful escape, and the complimentary foot massage was honestly so good, I never wanted it to end. The food was healthy, fresh, and so flavorful, especially the floating breakfast, which felt straight out of a dream.
The views? Unreal. Jungle paradise vibes all around. There’s a bit of a walk from the villa to the lobby, but we treated it as our mini cardio session. Also, the fruit here was next-level fresh which made me realize how fake some food feels back in the U.S. 😂
Lots of mosquitos tho so pack repellent!

"There are many cafes and places to eat nearby and it’s also walkable to the beach - a very busy, bustling area. I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons however the staff was kind and accommodating in helping to make this unexpected change."
