"Pension Kursal features no frills nice rooms that are very clean and walkable to restaurants, bakeries, the bus station and the old town. We arrived when there was staff to buzz us in - not sure how you arrange for the door code and room code if you arrive after 5 pm local time. "

"Perfectly located on the edge of old town, close to beaches and shopping locations - and a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Staff were excellent, and the room, while quite small, was more than enough for a 4 night stay. Only comment was that the mattress was a bit hard for my personal preference - but this Pension is well recommended for a stay in San Sebastián."

"Absolute amazing place to stay if you're driving through spain to portugal, they had everything that you need"

"Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, and great location. Only small issue was that the shower is quite small, so if you're taller or bigger then may be a problem - for reference I'm 6'1 and it was a little awkward but manageable. Overall great experience and would recommend."
