"This was a guys trip for biking. Location was great and the house was perfect. The coffee and creamers were a nice touch. Place was decorated really nice and super comfy. Area was quiet but very close to everything. The interstate is really close so you could get anywhere pretty fast. Garage was great for storing the bikes. The house was really cozy and well stocked. Definitely stay here for another bike trip."

"We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out...

"This place rocks! I stayed here for 4 nights to ride the mountain bike trails in Bentonville and to be close to town and the Crystal Bridges Museum. This location is perfect for walking/riding to town as paths exist all throughout the area. The house itself is very nicely decorated and everything is well thought out. The cruiser bikes are wonderful and in great shape to ride to town (which I did even over my fancy mountain bike), the solo stove is a nice touch for a bonfire, and the yard is very...

It’s a perfect location for a quick drive over to downtown Bentonville and there’s a grocery store minutes away. And there were some games on site that our kids loved! She let us know the house was in tact, but some activities/ power outages may be affect some things we planned to do. The little house was a good fit for us. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the main street restaurants and shops."
