"Nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, and friendly staff. Parking is a block away and a minor inconvenience, but for the value you get for this location in Hot Springs, it is not a dealbreaker at all. "

"The fifth floor is dark and kind of spooky. Had issues with the door lock on the entry door as well as the bathroom. Renovations are in progress, so things should be better later. Room was clean and even though the room was on the side of the hotel closest to the strip, it was very quiet. "
