"I was a little skeptical being downtown I assumed it would be loud, I was pleasantly suprised. From the moment we walked in to check in I knew it would be a great stay, the secure parking was a huge perk and the walk through the garden from the parking garage was beautiful. Everyone was so nice but I have 1 tiny recommendation, Room 503 needs some non slip strips in the shower, very slippery. Will stay there again for sure, walking distance to many restaurants. "

"Every single person at this hotel is so very friendly! The entire place is spotless! The beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was hot and very good. And all at a reasonable price. I will stay here every time I visit Hot Springs and recommend it to my friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could!"

"The history is there...we had an awesome stay. It is a beautiful part of Hot Springs and everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and we didn't have a problem while we were there. I enjoyed being able to sit out on the big porch and enjoy the night. It was just like being at home. I highly recommend staying here at least once. "
